To Book a cottage please contact us to check availability and discuss requirments. If available a cottage can be secured with a deposit.

If you have any special requirements or would like further information please do not hesitate to ask.

Cottages are available from £160 from a weekend break. Please contact us to discuss availability and pricing.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

To stay at the cottages please contact us to check availability.
A non-refundable deposit will be required to confirm the booking.
Deposits may be refunded if cottage can be re-let.
Full payment to be made no less than 3 weeks prior to occupancy.
Please make cheques payable to ‘ Old Rec Cottages ’
Pets welcome with prior arrangement .
All the names of guests staying in the cottage must be given to the proprietor prior to arrival.
Any breakages or damage to the property must be reported to the proprietor.
On day of departure please vacate the cottage by 10am unless other arrangements have been made with the proprietor
